Refunds for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Instant refundscharges a small fee for instant refunds, which is deducted from your account balance. If the instant refund fails, the fee is credited back to your account balance after 5–7 working days.
Refund processing time
Refunds can take 5–7 business days to appear in your bank account or card balance, depending on your bank's processing time.
